At Nature Tree, we aim to deliver your baby’s clothing with care, speed, and reliability. Please read our shipping terms below:

🚚 Delivery Areas

• We currently ship within New Zealand only.

• No international shipping is available at this time.

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

💰 Shipping Rates

• Auckland addresses: $7.99

• Rest of New Zealand: $13.99

• Rural addresses: $15.00

• Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island & Chatham Islands: $20.00

• FREE Shipping: All non-rural NZ addresses on orders over $40 (excludes Waiheke, Great Barrier, and Chatham Islands).

⏱ Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Auckland: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of NZ: 3–7 business days

  • Rural & Islands: Allow extra 1–3 business days

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
